I'm Lionel. I accompany people and organizations, through growth, creativity, and the hard times. And sometimes the accompaniment is a celebration: an event built around a person or a team, with music and meaning. I built this building (and this website) with Claude Code, without writing a single line of code.

We do not go over tools. We take one process that repeats every week in your work, sit on it together, and leave the room with it already working differently. The team watches it happen, which is why it stays after I go.
Ninety minutes in front of an audience. On AI, or on accompaniment and what Youngivers taught me, depending on who is in the room.
This is how I built my father a site, from an empty page until it was live, in one sitting. You talk, I build, and you watch it rise in front of you.
Fifty minutes, at the Goldenthal Center in Tel Aviv or on Zoom. For illness, for loss, for separation, or for a season when the floor gives way underneath.
A wedding gets a full production. A fortieth birthday gets a cake. I build a whole event around one person, and it works especially well for single people who want to celebrate their own life without waiting for a relationship to justify it. What the story is, who needs to be in the room, and what everyone takes home.
A live set of up to two hours, from a rooftop party to a wedding dance floor. I read rooms, not playlists. And when a ceremony is needed too, we meet first, I learn the story, and only then is the ceremony written around it.
