I'm Lionel. I accompany people and organizations, through growth, creativity, and the hard times. And sometimes the accompaniment is a celebration: an event built around a person or a team, with music and meaning. I built this building (and this website) with Claude Code, without writing a single line of code.

We take one process that repeats every week in your work, and leave the room with it already working differently. The team watches it happen, which is why it stays after I go.
Ninety minutes in front of a room. On AI, or on accompaniment and what I learned from Youngivers, depending on who is sitting there.
From a blank page to a live site, in one Zoom call. We talk, I build, and you watch it come up in front of you. This is how I built my dad's.
Fifty minutes, at the Goldenthal centre in Tel Aviv or on Zoom. We sit together with the thing that has nowhere to go.
A live set of up to two hours, and when a ceremony is needed we meet first, I learn the story, and the ceremony gets written around it. I read rooms, not playlists.
A wedding gets a full production, a fortieth birthday gets a cake. I build a whole event around one person: what the story is, who needs to be in the room, and what everyone takes home.
