These look like different things, but they're the same muscle: reading the room, sensing what's unsaid, and creating the conditions for something real to happen.

In 2015 I started Generation Cloud — a movement connecting leaders across social innovation, tech, and community under one idea: we all live under the same sky. Through Burning Man, Ashoka, TED, TOM (Tikkun Olam Makers), and Global Shapers — I kept finding the same people in different rooms. Generation Cloud was the name for that network. Today, The Building is where all those rooms live.
